In the event you ever feel you are not satisfied with our services or you think we have not lived up to your expectations, supportsapiens reserves a 15 day refund policy for you.

15 Days Money Back Guarantee:

You are entitled to a 100% refund of your money in the event the applications installed on your PC were non-functional and the replacement provided, were non-functional too.
For Incident Management based plans, a full refund will be issued if supportsapiens has not been able to resolve a single issue (within support boundaries) for you within the first 15 days of the subscription.**
**If there are one or more resolved issues, the fees for the Subscription Service will not be refundable. Notwithstanding this supportsapiens may, at its sole discretion and on a case by case basis, agree to a refund of Subscription fees after deducting charges for servicing a Customer.

CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES:

If you opt to file a dispute based on service issues, please give us a call at 1 844 231 5927 to assist you with a refund after due process. Remember filing chargebacks or disputes affect your credit score and credibility if proven otherwise. We believe in our code of ethics and in the event the services provided to you are not satisfactory as per our Service Level Agreement, you will be provided with a full refund.
